A: We deliver nationwide. Smaller trees ship via standard freight, while larger trees (e.g., 400L+) are delivered with specialist trucks. You can also collect from our Auckland nursery by arrangement.

Q: Will the tree I order online look like the photo?
A: Yes, we aim for consistency and quality across every tree we send. You’re welcome to request current photos or grading info before purchase if you’d like extra confidence.
