A large spreading native that was valued for strong durable timber. Dark green leaves are made up of a number of leaflets joined together. Bears cup-shaped dull red 25mm flowers followed by bright orange-red fruits which attract birds. Grows well near the coast and will tolerate wind. Prefers free-draining soil. Ideal for specimen planting.
